All vendors are required to submit an ST19 form to events@beerdabbler.com by Friday, January 26, 2024. Forms submitted for the Winter Beer Dabbler will be saved and tracked for future Beer Dabbler events in 2024.

We will once again be using Fest Buddy for our official 2024 Winter Beer Dabbler app. Later today you will receive an invitation email from Fest Buddy to update your profile in the app so our attendees know what you’ll be pouring and can start making their ‘To Drink’ list. A friendly reminder that no THC can be sampled on the Minnesota State Fairgrounds. Please email us if you haven’t received the Fest Buddy invite and we will resend it.

We have arranged for a block of discounted rate hotel rooms at the DoubleTree in Roseville for both Friday, February 23, and Saturday, February 24. The room rate is $119/night and includes free breakfast and a free shuttle to the Minnesota State Fairgrounds. To book a room, you must use this link to complete your reservation by Friday, February 2. There is a limited number of rooms available.

Each participating brewery receives 4 vendor passes to the event. If you would like to purchase additional vendor passes (for staff) or General Admission tickets (for giveaways) for the discounted price of $25/each, please complete this form by Friday, February 16th.
